You may have a small loyal fan base that will whip up your brand in an instant, but in reality they won’t bring in the big bucks.
What you need to focus on is the loyal silent majority that will push your brand, but won’t do it of their own accord.
So you need to motivate the masses by offering the carrot and stick philosophy. Dangle a carrot – such as coupons, VIP programs and discounts – and watch them get motivated.
People will only get motivated when they benefit. So come up with effective campaigns to get them on board. Give them a reason to invest their time in you and bring in others.
One good example is to give people an incentive to write a cracking review. You’ll retain their loyalty and get higher conversion rates from new customers.
Did you know that e-Commerce stores which use coupons to incentivize customers will have a 7.8 percent higher conversion rate and eight percent more sales than stores who don’t?
So reward customers who love you by offering them exclusive VIP specials. Make them feel wanted and they will shine on as your brand beacons.
