The ArtSHINE Artisan & Designers market will usher in the launch of a new indoor arts and crafts market at a creative precinct in Sydney this week.
Hundreds of art lovers, families and residents are expected to converge on CoSydney, located at Chippendale Creative Precinct, on Blackfriars Street, for the dawn of the new art & design market on Sunday March 29.
No matter where you’re staying in Sydney, join the ArtSHINE artisans market in Chippendale on the 3rd Sunday of each month.
Everything from original design to arts and crafts, handmade jewellery and food stalls. Start your journey of discovery in the Chippendale Creative Precinct with this colourful market scene. With stalls on four levels, there’s plenty to explore.
Enjoy a wide range of food from French crepes, locally-grown produce and delights such as chuntney, cheese and honey, while enjoying a delicious gourmet wrap and coffee.
Discover emerging designers, locally-produced candles and homeware, original photography, fashion, arts & crafts surrounded by flowers and locally-produce. Your best bet is to get here early to avoid the lunchtime and early afternoon rush.

There will also be a group art exhibition “Colour Spectrum” by 9 amazing artists. The exhibition has now extended until April 12 due to popular demand.
NINE leading artists will be featured in a new exhibition at one Sydney’s edgiest art gallery’s to coincide with the city’s major arts spectacular Spectrum Now.
The ArtSHINE Gallery,(is housed at CoSydney Ground Floor) is one of the prime venues to be hosting one of 150 exhibitions, gigs, talks and events from March 11-29.
“Spectrum Now” seeks to celebrate Sydney’s music, film, dance, theatre, art and design scenes, among others.
It is being supported by The Sydney Morning Herald and overseen by Australian actor and Spectrum Now creative director Richard Roxburgh.
The creators of the ArtSHINE Gallery, Vinh Van Lam and Stuart Horrex have thrown their full weight behind the city festival.
The first group exhibition of 2015 at the ArtSHINE Gallery called “Colour Spectrum”.
It includes the works of the following artists:

Over four floors, CoSydney combines an art gallery, a workshop/creativity space and a market/coworking space offering services for the city’s creative professionals.
And it will become a riot of colour and a feast of flavours at the new indoor air-conditioned market for the closing celebration of Sydney newest festival Spectrum Now.
