Reap from 2014, sow in 2015

It’s that time of year when the lyrics of John Lennon ring true: “So this is Christmas and what have you done, Another year over and a new one just begun.”

With these poignant words, reflect on questions over the end of year break. If my following questions hit home and you are determined to make a positive change, then check out our great special offer.

Tackle all or just some of them. Write about them, think, discuss them or just keep them bubbling away on the back burner while you enjoy your break. I hope they’re useful to you, and make you change for the good.

What did I do this year?

What did I achieve?

What did I learn, and am I stronger and better for that experience?

What changes did I do to make my life better?

What negatives/challenges did I come up against and how did I overcome them?

What were my biggest disappointments, what solutions do I need to adopt not to be disappointed again?

Did I procrastinate and lose time? How can I prevent myself from doing that again and remain focused?

Did I get caught up doing something that I lost track of time and enjoyed it? How can I achieve more of those activities?

How well did I fulfill my professional/business vision and goals this year?

What risks didn’t I take, why not and how can I be braver in 2015?

Where did I let limiting beliefs/damaging head chatter (self-talk) hold me back?

What did I do that was useful in the world, or in my community or family?

What are my wins and gains this year?

How can I better myself this next year?

15 questions to confront in 2015:

What do I want more of next year and less of?

If there were no obstacles (time, money, skills, confidence) what would I change?

What are my biggest challenges for next year?

What conversation with myself will I avoid?

Am I holding onto something I need to ditch?

What can I do differently from most people and how can I let that shine?

How would I write down my desires and dreams?

What would I need to change to live a truly satisfying and fulfilling life?

How can I live through my top three values? How can I apply them every day?

What do I want to achieve?

What life goals do I want to achieve next year?

What business goals do I want to achieve next year?

What are my priorities in life?

How can I give more to those around me, or in my local community?

How can I quickly I identify negatives in my life and turn them into positives?
