MBS (Mind, Body & Spiritual): Mind: goals that help refocus our minds, such as doing a crossword to challenge our minds. Gain more positive thinking by learning a new skill. Body: goals relating to your health and body, such as getting fit or doing regular exercise. Spiritual: By inspiring, we bring new vigour to our souls. These goals can relate to the human spirit, such as taking up meditation or yoga.
Relationships: Goals that relate to your partner or loved ones, such as learning to reconnect with a loved one.
Family connection: These goals will help you reconnect with parents and siblings, such as spending more time or staying in regular contact with them.
Business/career: In business, we set goals that inspire your passion and desire, such as business strategies and planning. In your career, we help you achieve your ambitions quicker.
Financial competency: We help you achieve that maxim“Free of debt and financial freedom.” Thesegoals relate to your personal/business finances, such as getting out of debt or paying off a mortgage/loan.
True wealth: These aims relate to enhancing your assets and living the dream. Wealth is not simply about getting rich, but enriching your outlook to life, such as inspiring others, helping out in the community, fundraising or donating.
Gratitude: Goals that make you appreciate what you have, whether it’s family, partners or friends. A simple thank you to people who help you is being grateful. The more grateful you are the more goodness you will receive.
Inspiration/refresh: These aims are about you: enriching your desire, passion and purpose. It is about rewarding you, and taking time out to relax and refresh. Get inspired so you can appreciate your desire, passion and purpose.
Time leveraging: These focus on getting things done by changing the way you relate to the idea of time. It is a rare commodity and your only natural resource, so chose to live in a world you create where you decide your priorities. It’s time to own your future and advance your aims and dreams.
Setting goals in every area will give you lasting success in your business/personal life. When you learn to set goals regularly, you will be less vulnerable to the winds of change that blow unfocused people in all different directions in life.
When I consider these priorities while making decisions about how to allocate time and energy, I keep my life in order. If there are questions about which is more important, a business appointment or a family event, it’s clear, family takes priority. My life has a sense of purpose, a sense of fulfilment.
