A mission statement is your HOW.

- What business are you in…?
- What are your customers…?
- What make you unique…?
You also need some rules too… VALUES…
The Point of CULTURE in your business. This too requires 4 key areas:
- Values that are vital to you as owner
- Values critical to your business success
- Values core to your customers
- Values important to your team
Knowing your vision, mission, and values may take some time to get right.
